Sherlock is a real estate company that aims to simplify the buying/selling process through technology and by handing back power to buyers and sellers
How is Sherlock different?
Unlike most traditional real estate companies, Sherlock doesn’t charge a commission based on the value of your property. Our central aim is to reduce costs and offer our clients a flat fee which allows both buyers and sellers to benefit from those cost savings

Why does Sherlock offer a flat fee?
It’s very simple. We have designed a way to reduce the cost of selling a property and there’s no need for a seller to pay three, five or ten times more for that service. These savings are passed on to our clients to enjoy as they wish. Have a look at our video.
How can Sherlock charge less?
Our technology and streamlined method reduce a huge amount of work from the typical process. We give clients the option to take control of their transaction (Sherlock – €3,999) or to have a little extra help from us (Sherlock Plus – €4,999)
Who pays Sherlock?
We collect a fee from each of our Sellers. We don’t charge our Buyers to use our service.
When do I pay Sherlock?
At present we are collecting payment from Sellers only after we have sold their property. Over time this will change but, right now, we want to give you confidence in us without taking any risk. If you want to take advantage of this special opportunity please get in touch
Why was Sherlock created?
Sherlock was created to offer the market an alternative option for those who are interested in saving money on the cost of selling a property.
Is Sherlock better than other traditional real estate companies?

Sherlock is a proud Portuguese company with most of our team being based in beautiful Lisbon

As of our launch in 2018, Sherlock operates in Lisbon. We plan to expand throughout Portugal and Europe so if you would like Sherlock in your area please let us know here.
